St. Patrick's Parish is a Roman Catholic Parish within the Archdiocese of New York administered by the Pastor of the Parish.  We adhere to policies formulated by the Archdiocese with due regard for the teachings of the Catholic Church and its Canonical Requirements, as well as respectful obedience to the directives set down by our Archbishop.

A Parish is a living part of the People of God.  It is a Community of Catholic Christians empowered by the Holy Spirit.  It is a People where Christ's Mission is carried out through preaching, witness, community, service, and above all, the Celebration of the Eucharist.  The Community, the Assembly of People gathered in Worship around the Altar, is the "Essential Sign" of the meaning of Parish.  

Parish Administration is dedicated to the service and care of God's people and is hierarchical in nature.  The following outline gives some semblance of the
order of accountability, lines of communication, and responsibility within the
Administration of the Parish.

Pastoral Assistants
The Parish Council

The Parish Council is headed by the Pastor, The President, and the Trustees,
with Members both "Ex Officio" and "Elected".
